Spring Tour of Homes & Gardens at Sunrise Senior Living Residences

It’s never easy to move a family member from their home into a senior residence. One of the reasons it’s so hard is because many of us have preconceived notions of what a senior home . While some of these notions may be true and some not, it’s best to go and really find out the real scoop. It’s particularly  poignant if you have to face a decision to move a family member to a place like this in the near future. A great opportunity to learn more about  this kind of community is coming on March 18th-20th at Sunrise Senior Living Residences where they will host an Open House to introduce assisted living experience to people looking who want to be informed.

This is a wonderful opportunity for families of aging parents, mature adults, and people of all ages to explore what an assisted living community is like. Visitors will tour the cheerfully designed facility that features outdoor patios as well as cozy indoor sitting areas, complete with fireplaces, televisions and magazines.

Sunrise provides physical fitness activities, group trips, and resident sponsored clubs.  In addition to offering housing, Sunrise provides three daily meals prepared on-site and offers an endless supply of fresh coffee and treats for resident’s enjoyment.  A trained staff provides 24-hour care, housekeeping, wellness visits by a licensed nurse, social and educational programs, and schedules resident/family meetings.

Do come and enjoy the tour!
