Many times when we take clients through homes, one of their first considerations is the amount of exposure it gets. Very few people find caves enjoyable. Lightening up a condo with natural light is pretty difficult but wonders can be done by installing lighting and paint. But, homes are a different story. There are definitely creative ways to open up a home to more light that go beyond just adding skylights.
